OUR CONTACT AGREEMENT

ALBUMS to CDs does not archive, store, sell or use your recordings for any purpose other than to perform the necessary operations of its services unless otherwise stated. Only one (1) copy of each of your copyrighted recordings or material will be rendered for your archival purpose. NO multiple copies of your copyrighted recordings or material will be produced unless it has been proven that you are the sole owner of the copyrights and provide ALBUMS to CDs with permission in writing to copy such recordings and/or material in question. Upon request for multiple copies of any recordings and/or other material proof of copyright ownership shall be established. The customer shall provide ALBUMS to CDs with substantial copyright ownership information.

Albums to CDs respects you privacy and personal information. We do not sell, distribute or otherwise use your personal information for any reason other than to correspond, fill your order, deliver your order and retain on file proof of purchase information unless otherwise stated. If your personal information is to be used for any other reason you will be notified by usual means such as email, postal mail or phone.

Your 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee is from the return shipping date or pick-up date. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, ALBUMS to CDs may offer a solution for your extenuating circumstance or refund the full purchase price of a defective cd, (packaging and shipping not included). Return of defective cd(s) within 30 days will be honored with refund. Please note the audio cleaning process will not degrade the sound quality. Some audio cleaning or record noise may be detectable. A minimal degree of audio cleaning will be used to render the fullest original sound quality possible. The cds are designed to play in all compact disc players. Some older CD players will not accept or read CD-R media properly and therefore will not play. This is not a problem with the disc but the player itself. Please see your owners manual to verify your player accepts CD-R media before ordering. No duplicate cds will be produced by purchaser.

Please be sure your recordings are clean and not damaged before shipping. We do NOT clean the actual record surface or covers. Check for deep scratches, warping, cracked or broken vinyl or tape, damaged cassette tape cases or any other damage that can render your recordings unplayable. Records or tapes deemed unplayable by our discretion will be returned to you at your expense with explanation. We realize the value of your recordings and will take the best possible care when they are in our possession. Nothing we do to perform the necessary operations of our services causes any harm to your goods other than normal wear and tear. We document any noticeable damage or unusual circumstances to shipping package(s) and goods included for your protection. We can not and will not be responsible for your records, tapes, covers or any other material included with your shipment while they are in transit. Please be sure to use postal insurance when shipping to us. Postal insurance will be used when return shipping your purchase and goods back to you. Be sure your items are in acceptable condition before shipping them to us. We do NOT provide repair services to bring your records or tapes back to acceptable condition. If you are unsure about the quality of your records or tapes, email us your questions and we will try to offer the best possible solution to resolve your problem.

You the user and/or customer agree to the following: You will NOT hold ALBUMS to CDs responsible for any damage to or loss of your records, tapes, covers, or other material included in your shipment while in their possession. All items will be returned in best possible condition as received. You will NOT hold ALBUMS to CDs responsible for any damage or harm to equipment involved in the use their products and/or service. You will NOT receive any reimbursement of any kind if any such incident should occur. You assume all responsibility for products purchased of their use. ALBUMS to CDs does not tolerate any abuse or misuse of their products, services or their web site. You agree that ALBUMS to CDs solely reserves all rights to determine misuse or abuse of its products, services or web site and holds the user and/or customer fully responsible in the event action is taken against ALBUMS to CDs. No copyright infringement is intended. You do understand our terms of use and purchase agreement.

Purchase price includes return shipping, handling and postal insurance. We use USPS Media Mail as our primary delivery source. Any other delivery services such as UPS, FEDEX or other carriers may require an addition return shipping fee. Taxes and other associated fees may occur and due by purchaser. Our services will be paid in full prior to any transfer has begun. This also insures the return of your original recordings and secure studio recording time. We reserve the right to change our terms of use purchase agreement at anytime without notice. We appreciate your cooperation in these matters.
