A. Yes, although some cd players and computer software players do not read cd text.

Q. Can you take my Ipod and transfer music from it and put it on cd?
A. No. We will not transfer audio from any type of device such as Ipod's, cell phones or other media players.

Q. Do you put copy protection on the discs?
A. We do not copy protect our discs unless requested.

Q. Can you make "Raw Wav Files" so I can edit them myself?
A. Yes, our services do include providing raw wav files or almost any other format on disc for computer editing or uploading.

Q. What volume do you record at?
A. 0db (zero decibels) is a industry standard we use.

Q. Can a reel to reel or cassette tapes be "Sped Up" or "Slowed Down" due to improper recorded speed?
A. Yes, Although proper speed may be difficult to achieve.

Q. How long does it take after you receive my albums or tapes?
A. One or two albums or tapes usually return ships or is ready for local pick-up within 24 to 48 hours. If your order is larger we can provide you with a time estimate accordingly.

Q. If I drop off my records can you mail them back?
A. Yes return shipping is always free, (you can provide the return shipping materials such as boxes and bubble wrap), Or we can provide the shipping materials for a nominal fee.

Q. What shipping provider do you use?
A. We use USPS Media Mail as our exclusive carrier. Other carriers at your request or to destinations USPS does not delivery to, may incur an additional fee.
